Weed Review: Trainwreck

Trainwreck
We bought this from a dude's Toyota trunk in a dollar store parking lot for $50 an 8th. Trainwreck is a toker's favorite, with its unique flavor and powerful high who can blame them? This sativa blend is rumored to have originated out of Humboldt, CA.

Pre-Smoke Examination:
The nugs come in all sizes, from the pictured above, to little pebble sized nugs no bigger than a US dime. The buds are fresh, and mildly dense as they have a little give when you squeeze them. This also indicates that it's fairly fresh, and has good moisture levels. The smell is already strong, and when you squeeze it the smell makes your eyes water.

Post-Smoke Examination:
The weed is easily ground up, and a little too sticky for breaking up by hand. Trainwreck has a unique smell that it hard to describe. It's like Kush, and Skunk, but with a sweet tang to it, like freshly cut cedar. The bowl lights up fast, and burns slightly quicker than you would prefer, and gives you an extremely thick hit. Almost always a cougher.

The name trainwreck come from the fact that when you smoke this weed your face feels like it was hit by a train. It's high is very frontal and facial with a gauranteed slack jaw. THe taste and smell are to die for, and you just have to keep a tissue handy to wipe the resin off your lips from the milky hits the bong will give you. Maybe this is more of a doobie blend.

Get trainwreck from your local clinic or pot-guy's living room.

i myself have had trainwreck and it definately is one of the better strands, also there are many different kinds of it too, they have lemon trainwreck(smells and tastes like lemons)which is one of my favorites, they also have an afganny trainwreck which is extremely potent, this strand i have heard is a hybrid between afgan goo and trainwreck, im not sure if that is accurate but i wouldnt be surprised if it was. if you ever have a chance of getting afgany trainwreck, take it cause you will be in a whole nother universe after smoking this.
