Hi everyone, This is Paul from 1-800-Free411. (And no, that wasn't me or anyone I know posting as the "guest" above.) I just wanted to jump in here and tell everyone about some of the differences between our number and the Google number: First, we have business, residential, and gov't listings (Google just has business). Secondly, we have live operator support in most locations in case the voice technology doesn't understand you when you search for things like "Sharmushformishlach Tires" (Google has no live operator backup). Lastly -- and I really don't know whether or not this is true for Google -- we don't record anyone's calls. Your privacy is safe when you call our number. To our dear guest, How exactly does not knowing some random number make me an idiot? And why is it bad if Google records me? I don't mind at all. In fact, I bet they like listening to my voice, and probably play it on loop every night to their children to help them get to sleep.

You have to love the greatness of Google. I started trying out this service 1 or 2 months ago and it has only gotten better.
