<description>&lt;p&gt;I worked under Ms. Jeff at LADOT and her dismissal is very suspicious to me. Honestly, what kind of monumental changes can be expected in a year? She just released a new plan for the LADOT and it was moving the department forward. 

Transit czars will always have their critics, but it is obvious to me that her new directives for LADOT were not appreciated by the city council. And my suspicion is Mr. Villaraigosa traded her for some some cooperation with the council.
