Folks, I am reading this article as one of several links my girlfried sent me. She is a volunteer for Ron Paul. It appears this is going on with all the polls. TV news shows are in general just starting to carry a tid-bit here and there about Ron Paul. For me, I am leaning toward the guy the big guys are afraid of.

you(MSM) are FOX... you suck and are the most anti-american of them all. wonder why the ron paul supporters flock to the polls? its because they care. the rest of the sheep deserve what comes to them... and believe me, i am a pacifist and want good things for all people and animals. this is beyond ridiculous.

Sorry, but he *is* a second tier candidate. Look at the democrat results: Kucinich. Like he'll stand a chance against Hillary. "Web" voters aren't representative of the voting public -- never have been, likely never will. Any polling outfit looking for a realistic poll needs to avoid the web.

If these niche candidates want to get out of the "web" world, they need to appeal to the masses -- and no, people who sit in front of computers all day and night aren't the people who vote. There are a hell of a lot more people driving trucks, teaching grammar school, selling donuts, repairing cars, climbing phone poles, etc., than there are people on the net all day.

He is a second tier candidate. And he'll continue to be one until his online supporters get off their butts and interface with the real world.

Sorry for the reality check.

I am sorry to put you down from your Internat-fad Ron Paul (we had the same thing in france with Bayrou).

But did you actually do some research on these polls?

You can clearly see tha the number of voters fell down drastically.
It started around several thousands voters first half of 2007 (and ron paul was nowhere near the top for the reps.) and the stats you show where Ron Paul is ahead is from the very recent polls which are based on a very smaller base of voters (several hundreds)

so ... not fair.

Peace,

Awesome post, Tony. Damn.

Personally, I can't decide between Richardson and Biden.

Who would the Kurds vote for?

Pajamas Media has been anti Ron Paul and anti Ron Paul supporter, from the start. I quit bothering with their childish BS a long time ago.

Gambling 911 did a scathing piece on them a ways back. It pointed out how absurd their poll was before they permantly removed Paul and Kucinich.

Don't waste your time with Pajamas Media.

I think the name Pajamas Media is from their support of Fred Thompson and the fact that Pajamas are the preferred garment of the lazy ex-Senator/Hollywood Actor.
