This is just another reason to add to my list of why I don't go hiking. After I caught found a guy off trail with a shovel burying an odd shaped garbage bag, i was def. persuaded to stop

I don't see anything in the article about Canada, so wouldn't it be more likely that the guy is from Ontario, California (~15 miles away) vs Ontario, Canada (~2500 miles away)?
