The upcoming adaptation of "The Time Traveler's Wife" has all the earmarks of possible disaster. For one thing, although the book prominently features Chicago the movie's being shot in ... Toronto.

This won't be on the silver screen, but I am looking forward to seeing what they do with the miniseries adaptation (produced by SciFi and George Clooney) of Neal Stephenson's "The Diamond Age/A Young Lady's Illustrated Primer."

Eat, Pray Love has been bought by Julia Roberts and says she will star in it. Julia is fine for some stuff, but I really pictured someone with a lot more substance, like Kate Winslet, in this role. Sorry Jules.

I think that you are totally wrong about Love in the Time of Cholera. I know of a few people who saw they film and they said that it really beautiful. It is closing the Rio Film Fest and the AFI Film Fest. It also won a Hispanic Heritage award. I don't know why you are being so negative about this film. It sounds like it will be great.
