I grew up in a pretty religious family. I'm not religious anymore, and I don't judge anyone for being an atheist (or a Christian, or any other religion for that matter). The thing is, from this kid's parents' point of view, he's going to hell is he doesn't believe in God. If you truly believe that, it's pretty scary and upsetting. No wonder the parents are freaked out. I'm no bible beater, but I just wanted to put this in perspective before y'all assume these parents are evil. That said, my mom probably would yell at me - I'm pretty sure she'd just cry hysterically instead. I don't see any reason my parents should sit around fearing for my eternal soul so I just don't talk about religion with them. I certainly wouldn't film it and put it online.

I don't care how old this clip is - it's HILARIOUS! And, I think, in this day and age the issue of religion has to do with everyone everywhere. Religious Fundamentalism is this world's biggest problem and anything that shows the stupid intolerance of people who choose to believe in some dude up in the sky because they don't understand science should be publicly ridiculed on a daily basis.
