Bill Maher Endorses Ron Paul on CNN
Wolf Blitzer had Bill Maher on his show last night and asked the former Politically Incorrect host who he would think would make the best Republican nominee for President.
Maher chose Ron Paul, not because Maher agrees in Paul's stance in ending the so called War on Drugs, or on Paul's desire to end Income Tax so that the US would be forced to stop trying to be the world police. But Maher said that Paul is really the only Republican who can get us out of the war in Iraq because he's the only one on the right standing up against this war now, which would make it easier to pull the troops out if he was elected.
Maher's point is, how do you end the war (something the overwhelming majority of Americans want), if you won the nomination by being pro-war?

America needs Ron Paul more than ever, and everyone who supports Ron Paul loves him as he is the closest thing to family we have ever seen in government.
Ron Paul, for what is just, what is right, and what is our Nation's root modus, the Constitution and Freedom and Liberty for All.
Think for yourself, question authority.
Here is what the GOP without Ron Paul in charge has done to us:
- 9 trillion in debt
- 850 billion trade deficit
- War in Iraq
- War in Afghanistan
- Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda alive
- Fomenting War with Iran
- 12.25 trillion M3 money supply, and expanding (massive inflation)
Ron Paul’s record is crystal clean perfect and consistent. He takes no money from anyone but people and constituents. He is as pure as they come.
One of my favorite quotes about Dr. Paul, “You’re working for the most honest man in Congress.” That was John McCain speaking to Kent Snyder in 1988.
I actually thought the Constitution was all but abandoned on Capital Hill. I was burnt out on politics before I checked out Tony's site and saw a video clip of Ron Paul. He kicks some major ass.

Bill Maher saying Ron Paul is the best of the Republicans is not tantamount to an endorsement. I think Ralph Nader is the best Green Party candidate but I'm not endorsing him, am I?
Ron Paul is the only Republican candidate to oppose the war. And while I agree with him there, there are just way too many other issues that I disagree with him on.
All of the Democratic candidates want to end this war...and I believe Hillary Clinton has the best chance to get it done.
That was not an endorsement! All Bill said was that Ron Paul would make the best Republican president. And that doesn't say much!
Ron Paul is our Repuiblics last hope of keeping the United States sovereign and not becoming part of the planned North American Union between Canada and Mexico, as well as head off our nation's insane march towards a police state.

I am conservative but I am very scared honestly of this policy of Nation Building and forcing American Policy down peoples throats by way of guns, tanks and missiles.
Isreal could wipe out Iraq, Iran and any other "AXIS OF EVIL" ( That phrase alone is so scarey oh my god Im shaking in my Vietnamese-Made Boots) IN a single lunch hour.
The thought that these tiny little countries with an Army we would crush, a Navy..oh yeah what navy? Posseses some Gigantic threat to us is CRAZY...
The only threat it seems to suggest, is that we are sacrificing liberty and SECURITY, we are abandoning the Constitution and we are setting in place the type of hatred that would allow those wacko extremists, who with no navy, army or any way of attacking us, TO STRAP A BOMB ON and take out whoever they can.
I hope this has informed you on the wide degree of people who believe in a more constitutional form of Government...
Lets not forget it was INEFFICIENCY that allowed 9/11 to take place, we had information that we decided was not important enough.
