9:00pm K-Ville FOX - Series premiere. I much prefer Anthony Anderson as a villain (Antwon Mitchell from "The Shield") rather than a cop. It's a cop series, but set it New Orleans, post-Katrina, but the question is whether or not it will truly leverage its setting or become just another cop show.
