Midnight Ridazz to Roll on Beverly Hills This Morning

this is what democracy looks like

Fueled in part by the injustice described in this post, the Midnight Ridazz will get their protest on this morning at the crack of 7 in the morning.

We meet at Vermont/Santa Monica Red Line Station at 7 am and ride at 7:30 am

Two weeks ago a cyclist was assaulted by a motorist and then ticketed by a Beverly Hills cop. We think cyclists deserve better!

Join us as we encourage Beverly Hills to provide equal access to the roads for peds, cyclists, mass transit users and motorists.

The police department reports at 9 am to the Commission followed by public comment of 3 minutes per person at 9:30.

Join us to speak or to support. We will gather outside the City Hall at 8:30.

455 N. Rexford Dr., City Hall Room 180 A, Beverly Hills, CA 90210

As nice of a cause that this is, it has not escaped us that the location that the bicycle-rights group is meeting at is next to a 24 hour taco joint, frequently frequented by several high ranking LAist officials, the place is called Midnight Tacos.

So yes, meet up this morning with the Midnight Ridazz at Midnight Tacos and roll to the 90210 to protest the Beverly Hills cops.
