I don't think 25% of the LA community is LGBorT so I don't see them as being under-represented in your posts according to the stats you provided. Get the point?

Dear whiner, Thanks for the flattering accusation that I'm playing favorites, but you should really do your research before you get your panties all in a wad. According to the LAist archives, the very ones that are for the whole LA community, I've done 17 straight/NA and 6 gay/bi/lesbian columns since March. So part of the LA comminty IS being under-represented - thanks for the heads up! And btw, I'm at the mercy of whoever writes in. If I got a hundred letters from pre-op trannies in one month, that's all I'd be answering in one month. So instead of just sitting around feeling all straight and discriminated against, why not do something about it and write in yourself?

Is there a reason that so many of these Living in Sins are geared toward BIs and lesbians? (besides, of course, the columnist's own sexual orientation(s)). Last I remember, LAist was a blog for the whole LA community.
