
Anyone who had a good view of the lunar eclipse last night was pretty blown away with it.
And after seeing the image that LAist reader Brad Herman of Culver City put together using a series of photos from the event, it's hard not to see the beauty.

You are 100% correct in what you're saying with this post.
Really nicely done! I know how difficult it is to photograph an eclipse.
I couldn't find any "lunar eclipse parties" in LA posted online and all of my friends would rather sleep than view the moon (can you believe it??) so I headed out towards the Mohave desert to Agua Dulce, CA. I found a nice empty road with very few street lights. It was great to have such a large area of farmland to myself all morning. You can check out my results on my flickr.
