Self-confessed pedophile Jack McClellan is leaving the state because he "can't live here under this Orwellian protocol". I'm sorry, I don't seem to remember anything in 1984 about the virtues of child molestation.Where does it say he was convicted? Interesting idea Guest #2 on expanding the sex offender definition.

I won't be happy until they ban soccer moms in Brentwood and the evil horrible disusting businessman/woman from using cell phones while they drive!!!! And yes I agree with the above comment, Jack McClellan has never been convicted for any crimes or assaults. He has merely expressed a paraphilia for young girls. Sure it's not in the same context as the aforementioned business man but still he has committed no crime. My question is when will rapists be made to register as sex offenders!!!! I sure as hell wouldn't want them as my neighbors.

LAist! You're usually right on point, but Jack McClellan was never charged (less convicted) of child molestation. It's too bad to see you join the chorus of people who assume someone's a chimo without an ounce of proof.
