Our Condolences

Echo Park Street Art

One of the big kahunas from Gothamist, LAist's publisher, is in town for a very sad reason.

So since we know that he enjoys street art, we went out today and took some pictures of some sweet stuff... just in case he dials up LAist for a pick-me-up.

After the jump enjoy a dozen big images from Echo Park right behind Alvarado near the Jack in the Box near the 2.

Call me stupid, but I really like this stuff.

I just wanted to say how much I too would like to extend my condolences in this serious time. Best wishes.

How unfortunate that some taggers think their handles are more important than the graffitti art they are tagging. Which brings me to my haiku:

Taggers to artists
Are like shit, piss, and cumstained
Crackheads to humans.
