Nichols Canyon Rd. was shut down last night due to a mudslide. "A break in an 8-inch main has undermined the road and will be closed until approximately noon Sunday, after repairs complete. Alternate routes are suggested," D'lisa Davies of the Los Angeles Fire Department said in a text alert.
