That is that absolute stupidest place for a big-box store EVER! As if traffic isn&apos;t bad enough at Van Nuys and Milbank! Argh!

I am excited about that freeway onramp though. I take the 405 North to work in the morning, and have been dealing with the 101-405 interchange (and all the southbound traffic blocking the northbound lane because of Sepulveda) because going up to Burbank doesn&apos;t save any time. Now maybe I can cut though south of the boulevard over to the new onramp!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
