TV Junkie: Daily Show and Colbert OutDo the News Networks Again This Week
All week long, "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" Senior War Correspondent Rob Riggle will provide actual in-depth coverage and insights from the front lines of Iraq throughout the country where he was embedded with the troops. This is real reporting from Iraq, not Rob standing in front of a green screen in New York - way after all the networks have found it both too depressing and too "negative" to report from Iraq. CNN's Sanjay Gupta bailed from Iraq a long time ago. As if you didn't know: "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart", Comedy Central, 11:00pm Monday through Thursday.
