"Welcome to LA. Will you be driving less or more than 75 miles?" Um. scuse me? Knowing that's approximately the distance between Echo Park and West Hollywood and back I exclaimed, "shit yeah!" I've concluded that this is a rule to keep people from cheating the FULL TANK rule. I mean, when you rent a car, and agree to return it with a full tank... It's sad to see the likes of Avis and Budget encouraging grand theft auto. Free the gas.</p>
