What would make me 100% happy with Megabus is if their UK website allowed me to use my credit card to pay for fare. The site doesn't recognize American addresses. Therefore, a credit payment doesn't go through and Americans must resort to bus companies with higher fares. Hopefully that will soon change. With the ever shrinking dollar, the one-pound bus ride is a steal. Other than that, Megabus is very clean and punctual. I recommend it over Greyhound.
