Our pitching staff is stretched hella thin. Tomko blows.

I really do think getting Dotel for the bullpen would be nice. But then again it depends on the asking price. Like I said, we'll just wait and see what Colletti does. I mean he did bring us Maddux for a couple of months, so that's something right?

Contreras can be had for nothing, and he's got more going on then half the Dodgers' 'staff' right now. Dontrelle Willis is available, but it would cost something like Ethier, Abreu/Loney/Martinez, and a minor league pitcher to get him so probably not worth it with the season he's having. Who else is out there? Dotel for the bullpen?

Good call on pitching and Martin. I know Jose Contreras has 12 losses, but surely he can be had for peanuts -- and he definitely has had great success/experience in the postseason (even with the pathetic-as-hell White Sox).

Go for it Ned... throw 'em a prospect or two (certainly none of the former prospects who are now bonafide studs, tho, ala Loney and Kemp).
