<description>&lt;p&gt;All the money in the California budget is going to health care and education.  Sorry, there is not enough money to go around.  The elites have opened the borders to keep labor costs down and grow the economy through consumption.  This is the collateral damage.  You can&apos;t touch this subject, because if you do you will be called a racist -  not by the elites, but by the left.  chew on that... &lt;/p&gt;</description>
