It's summer in Los Angeles and everyone knows that means heat, rising temps, dryness, wind and dust, which of course results in dirty cars.
It happens.
You know what else happens? As the heat rises, my patience lowers, especially when I come out of my house to do an errand and see that some jerkface went out of their way to write "Wash Me" on the back of my car- yes, my dirty car. With their finger.
This isn't new to me, I'm not known to be a consistent carwasher- I give in when it gets super bad, but never has someone walked up my driveway to write an anonymous message on MY property. So to all of your dirty car artists out there: Hands off! Why does it bother you that my car is dirty? Does it affect your day? Your life? Your future babies? My car likes being dirty, especially in the Los Angeles summer heat when if I get it washed it becomes just as dirty two days later-- waste of what little money I have I say!
So take that dirt covered finger of yours and put it where the sun don't shine.

If you're gonna be all I'm-so-cool-I-don't-have-to-give-a-shit-how-my-car-looks well... then... why do you care how it looks? A *lot*, apparently. Why does it bother you that your car is dirty? Does it affect your day? Your life? Your future babies?
just sayin
i think it's just the temptation to make one's mark on a surface that has been presented. like peeing your name in the snow, maybe.
would it bother you as much if it were just a random drawing rather than a demand?
"would it bother you as much if it were just a random drawing rather than a demand?"
Maybe if they did something like this?
