<description>&lt;p&gt;First, how are they going to get 213,000 signatures?  That won&apos;t be easy or cheap.
Second, think about how this all began.  A story about his wife not paying a ticket that went to warrant.  But the ticket was in her maiden name.  And her first name was misspelled (wrongs number of ls).  And she had a Montana license.  The Times just didn&apos;t happen on this info.  Somebody with access to databases that most don&apos;t have came up with the info and gave it to them.  Who?  Well, who did Rocky diss for letting Paris out of jail?  And does he have such access?  Yes, my money is on Lee Baca.  Nice vengeful move, Lee.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
