<p>I've lived across the street from BJ's since it opened, but have never been there. The folks there always seem so, ya know, old. And I'm pushing 50.

I used to listen to Karen Hernandez all the time when BJ's was called JB's and was still located a couple blocks away on Magnolia Blvd. Good to know she's still playing. She's terrific.

As for Burbank bars, all I can say is I still miss The Matchmaker.
