i just went on the site and the ball is sealed up, nothing is opening it, maybe its a time sensitve thing

It took me a second to get it but if you put the mouse over the star on the right hand side it comes up with 26 symbols, the same symbols that the ball thing. Now if you keep the mouse on the star and let the symbols populate, look underneath the first one symbol and the last symbol. You will see a "A" and a "Z". This confirms that the symbols equal the alaphabet. Then if you click on one of the symbols on the "ball" random symbols pop up. Match up the symbols popping up to a letter and you will get a phrase....you take it from there.
