Crash Mansion, a live-music venue and nightclub owned by the Bowery Restaurant Group and located at 199 Bowery in New York City , is opening their Los Angeles outpost tonight. They have transformed Myron's Ballroom downtown into a club. We read that is has a capacity for 1200 guests, 5 bars and two stages. Bands that have performed in the New York venue include: Beyonce, Janet Jackson, Norah Jones, Joss Stone, Usher, Gavin DeGraw, The Rapture, The Fray, Public Enemy, Wyclef Jean, Slick Rick and Doug E. Fresh, and Le Tigre. If it's cool, you better get their quick before word spreads.

Tonight's event is called "Loaded" and runs from 10 p.m.-4 a.m.

The above picture is not accurate. The venue in the photo is not the Crash mansion in Los Angeles.

I have been to the L.A. Crash Mansion and it is a sight for sore eyes. The security is ruthless, the lighting is horrible and the sound is not made for professional performers. This is a promoter's nightmare.

They are correct the pic above is not the Crash Mansion....I went to the Venue at it looks way better then that pic of what ever club that is.....I went for the Nikki Sixx event that they had and it was hott!!!! The place is huge and very cool, I had no problems with the security....they were actually pretty cool.

I went to the Sneaker Pimps show and it was off the hook!!!!!!! Travis Barker was there and Paul Wall !!!!!!! The set-up was crazy!!! This place kicks ass!!!

Crash Mansion downtown Los Angeles is unbelievable. I saw De La Soul play there at an after party for the X games. The sound was great. The place is huge. The bartenders are hot.
