Heard of Al Franken&apos;s book titled, &quot;Rush Limbaugh Is a Big Fat Idiot?&quot;  Even if AF disagreed with Rush&apos;s politics/integrity, there wasn&apos;t any need to call him FAT. 

Or is it only &quot;making fun&quot; when you disagree?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
