Since 1945, Ivy League schools have agreed to prohibit athletic scholarships. All scholarships are need-based. So not only were these not given out in Rocky's day, they haven't been given out any time in Rocky's lifetime. For using city employees on the city clock to do his personal errands, he should be fired or recalled ASAP.

This publicity-seeking man, supposedly responsible for dispensing justice in this city, is a disgraceful hypocrite. Now that he has further embarrassed the city with his Paris Hilton activities, he should resign in shame, with his family indescretions referred for prosecution.
