Pope's Ten Commandments for Driving: Thou Shall Not Live in LA?

Thanks to Guanabee, a blog dedicated to the "Latino in you," we find the Guidelines for the Pastoral Care of the Road, a 36-page document by the Vatican’s Pontifical Council for Migrants and Itinerant People. It covers such basics like "Thou shalt not drive and drink" and for drivers to obey speed limits.

Speaking of which, in the small country that is Vatican City, the speed limit is and enforced at 30km/h (19 mph). According to the BBC, the last recorded accident there was a year-and-a-half ago.

Other points in the document warn that driving can bring the troglodyte out in you. The exasperation of just not-getting-there-fast-enough can cause "cursing, blasphemy, loss of sense of responsibility."
