<description>&lt;p&gt;Did you ever read the book, French Women Don&apos;t Get Fat? The author swore by uncultured yogurt every morning. She says it the only kind they serve fresh in France and even bought some crazy kitchen appliance to make it in her apartment in NYC when she moved here. I agree with you on the preservatives and who knows what else is put into the fro-yo we see everywhere. Thanks for you tip!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
