I've been married to a woman for 32 years who has often had the big O, with just nipple stimulation. She is very sensitive there and there are times when she doesn't, or will not even let me touch them, but when the mood is right, and I have the right touch, that can be the start of a multiple (or the 1st of 2 anyway).

Hehehe ... I LOVE nipple play and can get the big O just by nipples being stimulated. However I have a couple of girlfriends who can;t stand breast play at all. Not because they're sensitive but they plain don't enjoy it. One grosses out at when her nipples are sucked by her husband. Weird. Just weird. But whatever floats their boat.

I recently read in the Walrus about the initial LSD experiments in Ontario in The Walrus (Canadian magazine--actually, I was more likely skimming). Anyway, you can read the article yourself if you like, but, what I read was that one of the experimenters--a psychologist induced an orgasm in a woman he was working with by simply touching her hand. This experimenter and his colleagues thought that they would be able to make insights into what people with schizophrenia feel and experience by causing themselves to experience a temporary schizophrenia-like state in themselves.
I also took a college-level class on human sexuality, and I was taught that the orgasm is extremely resilient, and that people whom most people would assume wouldn't be capable of experiencin one (those w/ partial paralysis) are quite capable of experiencing one, sometimes through contact with their stomach.
