We were distracted and didn't make it to our Tivos to check out the Miss Universe pageant until last night, but girlfriend, there was some drama on that show and no one seemed to have seen it.
If you heard anything about the pageant, you may have heard that Miss USA slipped and fell during the evening gown competition. Well, that's true, and the video above shows you that. It also shows you that somehow she got a better score from the Trump Organization, we mean, the judges, than Miss Mexico who managed to stay upright.

I like that the Miss Universe contestants are actually beautiful, unlike most of the Miss USA and Miss America contestants, who are just average looking but dolled up with buckets of make-up.

Mexico was a dog, she only got as far as she did because the "organization" (Trump)hand picks some of the finalist. Had the pageant not been held in that third world hellhole and 5 of the top 15 had not been even more hideous, Mexico would have never made the top 10.
One slip doesn't take away the fact that she was much prettier than Mexico.Not to mention her recovery was more graceful than the parading by Mexico all evening.

Mexico was not that great and there is something to be said for maintaining one's composure after an embarassing event.
