American Idol: Bye Bye Miss Lakisha Jones Pie

Loser power-hour claimed another soul last night as Lakisha Jones was eliminated from the competition. Even the comedy of Barry Gibb looking like Sam Kinison could not soften the blow.

The show itself was a painful exercise in time wasteage with the notable exception of an "Islands In The Stream" mini live version. We also learned that three of the final four grew up as only children, Simon has bigger breasts than Paula, and that Pink should get a new stylist (that is, unless she picked out that dress in which case she should fire herself).

Come back next week and watch Melinda, Blake and Jordan diva it out to the bloody end.
