Michael Lange, 45, of Ocala, was charged with two counts of assignation to prostitution, two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior and two counts of exposure of sexual organs.Way more after the jumpAccording to police, one of the victims called 911 at about 4 p.m., saying that a man driving a black Mercedes S550 pulled up next to them on Highway 441 in Leesburg and said that he was naked. The victims said they thought the man was joking, so he raised his body and exposed himself to them from his car, according to a police report.
Lange, an optometrist, asked the victims to pull over, which they did, opened his car door and began to masturbate, according to police. He then offered the victims $20 if they would expose their breasts, $50 in exchange for touching their breasts and $500 apiece if they would have sex with him, the report stated.
Lange is also accused of showing the victims cash to pay for the offers. The victims told police that money was not exchanged and they never exposed their breasts to him. - Local 6
