Dear LAist,
In order to properly celebrate Cinco De Mayo, we'd like to drink real Coke. You know, the kind produced with real cane sugar and bottled in glass bottles. What mom used to serve ya.
Where do you think I might be able to find a couple six packs (eight packs?) before Cinco De Mayo is over?

Dear New,
We have seen Mexican Coke in lots of places around LA: Jon's, Gelson's, FoodsCo - but you never know if something is seasonal or a test or what.
SFist and Notcot are reporting that you can get cases at Costco. But does shopping at Costco say Cinco to you?
If you want to go somewhere smaller and you're over by the South Bay, check out Real Soda in Real Bottles in Torrance. And don't be surprised if you walk out with more than just one case of Coke.

Hmm, not sure if you can buy six packs or not, but they sell those little bottles at the liquor store right next to Yuca's in Los Feliz.
Costco sells 24 packs.
go to any mexican market, or panaderia, all those spots have that.
Galco's in Highland Park has cases of Mexican Coke. They're on York. They have sodas from all over the world. You can't go wrong.
I've bought 'em a 24-pack for $16 @ Costco in Burbank, best price going...then you can go a block North & hit the Skunk Works Krispy Kreme to take care of that nasty sugar deficiency you're suffering from
You might be able to find some leftover Passover coke. It's cane-sugarlicious AND blessed by a rabbi. Look for the yellow cap.
