i'm not a huge fan of pho in ktown, though i have never been to pho 4000. it's not as authentic tasting as the places in san gabriel, or even in chinatown. it makes me wish that orange county wasn't so far away.

my fav place used to be " what the pho ?! " . its some other pho pun , but the foods exactly the same .

Monterey Park/San Gabriel/Rosemead are also good areas for some Pho.

i love meat ball pho, they aren't meant to be eaten plain. you're supposed to dip them in hoisin sauce before biting them. yum!

I go to Pho 200 only because they have oxtail pho. It tastes a lot better than it sounds. My biggest complaint is that they don't have fish sauce on that table.
