How We're Doing on the Rumors

We don't like to post rumors but we know you'd hate us if we sat on our hands as juicy stuff filled our In Boxes and we didn't let you know that something could be excellent. So now that Coachella has come and gone, we can admit to being wrong about Gwen Stefani being there, but be pleased that we told you that Scarlett Johansson would be singing with the Jesus and Mary Chain (even if we were a day off from the correct date).

But the best rumor that we posted looks to be coming true is that Britney Spears will be singing this week at the House of Blues in San Diego (tonight), Anaheim (tomorrow), and the Sunset Strip on Thursday.

We're stoked not just because we only want to tell you about real things that are true, but because we bought a pair of tickets and we cant wait to go.

Get ready for way more Britney coverage in blogs, magazines, and tv, if she really is doing a burlesque show just weeks after getting out of rehab.
