I went to the dress rehearsal for the episode that Al Gore hosted and was also surprised by what got cut vs. what made it in. I later learned that sketch length has a lot to do with it. Kristen Wiig is hooooooot.

Thanks for sharing tomdog. Great insights. When I heard Manning was going to host I thought he would be pretty good. Some of his commercials are pretty funny. Live is a different story though.
