for J Take both your animals to the vet for bloodwork. It was too late for our cat by the time she was showing symptoms. We had to put her to sleep a week ago.

CAT AND DOG OWNERS, WARNING: my cat is acting very sick and is going to the vet today. she ate food last night on the recall list purchased at centinella pet supply in santa monica. my other cat ate it too, but has not been acting sick. hopefully he will not get sick, maybe it affects some animals more than others, or maybe he didn't eat enough of it. there is a very long list of brands affected by this recall, go to the menufoods.com/recall site or call their number. so far i have not found info. on what might be in the food to cause this, but i've read it is causing kidney failure in some pets. i am still waiting for menu foods to call me back with more info. centinella was not very knowledgable.
