LAst Night's Action: OJ Not Guilty

Instead of counting sheep, Tommy counts wrappers of the Dodger Dogs he ate before the game.Dodger 4, Orioles 2 - Zzzzzzz. Zzzzzz. Zzz ... snort ... huh? Oh. I just had the worst nightmare. I'm glad it was just a dream. Or was it?

Ducks 5, Oilers 1 - One bad team deserves another. Los Angeles is still tied for last in the West, but can celebrate a commanding win over Edmonton. The Oilers have lost eight in a row and have scored just two goals in their past three game. Los Angeles is 4-3-3 in their last 10 games.

Avengers 44, Predators 37, OT - Los Angeles is now 1-1 in the Arena Football League after Monday night's showdown of offensive powerhouses. The real surprise was the low score. This is an indoor game, and 81 points is almost a snoozer (Las Vegas and Grand Rapids combined for 148 earlier in the week). Orlando, coached by Jay Gruden (yup, John's lil' brother) lost two players to injury during the game.

Elsewhere - All charges against OJ (you know, USC's #32) have been dismissed ... NBA retroactively decided Kobe was a made an illegal jerk ... Mav's streak finished at 17 against Warriors, of all teams.
