Coolest Personalized License Plate of the Day

Usually if we show a photo with a license plate, we make sure to blur it so as to protect the owner of the car's privacy. But this license plate situation was so cool that we had to let you check it out.

Often called "vanity plates", customized, personalized license plates are an LA mainstay and anyone who commutes through our fair city is sure to see some funny ones each week. Although we appreciate people to take photos of those plates as they drive, LAist recommends that one does not, repeat Does Not, practice citizen journalism while operating a motor vehicle.

Flickr member gruntzooki not only found a great plate, but took the picture in a parking garage in the swanky ICM building in Beverly Hills -- proving that one can photograph funny license plates in a safe environment. (Safe as long as you don't inhale too much carbon monoxide or get hit my a speeding car tearing through the parking garage.)
