<description>&lt;p&gt;i went to UCSB, i lived on campus my first year and then in IV for the rest of my time there.

a few hours of kids running around a campus with their underwear on is a noise i think i can handle.

if i were oncampus that that hour and if i couldnt study, i think that would be a sign from above to take off my clothes and join my fellow Bruins and quit being a sniveling whiner. 

college should include having fun. yes, even during finals.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

How would you like to live in the residence halls surrounding the plaza students run (and make lots of noise) through as you&apos;re studying for your finals? There are lots of students who participate in the rather inane undie run, but thousands more who don&apos;t and find it annoying.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
