Both are pretty glitchy. Anyways this is the same feature that has been available on the sigalert site way before yahoo added traffic diamonds to their maps. However they can be pretty off, one will show jammed traffic while the other will show green flowing freeways. Not sure who to believe as both have been wrong and right in the past.

But Yahoo is so cluttered -- text, ads, windows everywhere. It hurts my eyes. Google all the way for me. I haven't bothered using any other map service since the day Google Maps went live.
