NBA Slam Dunk Competition Recap

nate robinson hanging from the rim during the 2007 NBA All Star Game Slam Dunk Comptetition in Las Vegas The NBA All-Star Weekend is happening 5 hours east of us in Las Vegas. Tonight they will hold the big game (on TNT).

Although the game is never all that exciting, the Skills Competition, the 3-point Contest, and the Dunk Contest are always worth watching.

This year the Dunk Contest was actually really good, with little Nate Robinson skying and Dwight Howard putting a sticker of himself on the top of the backboard as he jammed it home.

But the winner was Gerald Green from Boston who made it to the finals and basically didn't f-up as much as Robinson did. So, win by default?

After the jump see if you dont agree... and see how Sir Charles did in his race against the 67 year old NBA referee, and forgive us if we don't talk about Kobe's showing in the Skills Challenge ...
