The "not only" must be moved as such: Local Doc not only prescribed Anna Nicole methadone while she was eight months pregnant but rode with her in the WeHo Gay Parade. You can add an "as well" at the end of the sentence if you really want brownie points. Or an "also" in front of the "rode." Grammar is cool, huh? Later toots!</p>
