Jerry Garcia, Bob Weir, and Vince Welnick sing the National Anthem

The Grateful Dead were given a Lifetime Achievement award by the Grammys last night. After decades of selling out every concert they ever had since the 60s it makes you wonder what took the Grammys so long to get off their asses.

Every morning at 6am we present our national anthem. Of course none of these three gentlemen were there, two of them are no longer with us, but that's ok.

We hope you will enjoy this clip of Jerry Garcia, Bob Weir, and Vince Welnick from opening day April 12th, 1993, at Candlestick Park up in Frisco.
