Before the delusional aspirants who juggle hippie sticks, dress like the Bird Lady and caterwaul their way through pop songs, there was Sondra Prill, a local celebrity in the cutthroat Tampa cable access scene of the late 80s and early 90s. Ms. Prill's performances, which were once a guilty pleasure for many Floridians, can now be guiltlessly embraced by all Americans thanks to the miracle of YouTube.
