Last Night's Action: You Gotta' Finish
Timberwolves 101, Clippers 87 - Disappointing. That's the only word to describe this home loss. After a last-second victory in their last game, the Clippers should have been excited to move beyond .500 and into a better position in the playoff race. Instead, the team had a mere 12 assists and turned the ball over 26 times, resulting in 32 points for a Minnesota team that evened with Los Angeles for the 8th playoff seed in the West. While there's plenty of ball to be played, 8 of the Clippers next 9 games are away from home. Not good news for the NBA's worst road team.
Oilers 4, Kings 3 - The King's couldn't keep it together in the final period. They had a lead and the momentum going into the third, but uber-veteran Sean Burke allowed Edmonton the final two goals.
College - USC men beat UCLA in volleyball ... USC hoops beat Cal ... UCLA hoops plays Sunday at Stanford ... UCLA football is getting offensive.
