Sounds like spin city to me -- they announced this at the Davos World Economic Forum fergoddsakes!

But the ads will roll BEFORE the user-generated video, which is a weak incentive compared to the profit-sharing alternatives already offered by the likes of Brightcove and Revver, imo.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
