Any fruit on branches extending over the property line are fair game. I love snacking aorund my neighborhood from the sidewalks. (Especially during fig season.)
Honestly, who cares if he is stealing oranges? I highly doubt the property owners can connsume as many oranges as the tree produces. Theyd probably go to waste anyway. File under "petty" or "lame."
